Rest and Retreat in France
We have received an offer from a British couple living in South West France who have made available a part of their home to serving members of the Armed Forces (and possibly recently retired) who will have experienced a tour of duty in a conflict zone and returned home and in need of a break with their spouse/partner, family etc.
Also eligible are the immediate families of those who have been killed during an operational tour of duty. To ensure that only those in these categories apply, applicants are required to contact the organiser direct for further information and booking form. Contact details are provided on the Rest and Retreat brochure.
The approach can also come from an REA member or respective Welfare Officer. The booking form requires a signature from an REA member or Welfare Officer to validate benefit and authenticity. The accommodation is available all year round.
A brochure providing full details of the retreat can be found here.
