Description: A qualified site surveyor/engineer with experience in taking site measurements/surveys of concrete, steel and timber staircases, ramps, atriums etc, appropriate for our CAD Technicians to work from to produce manufacturing drawings for the production and installation of our handrail and balustrade systems in the UK.
The duties in addition to obtaining measurements will involve setting out the works on site for our installers where necessary, establishing grid lines and datums, discussions with our Clients to determine thickness of finishes to be applied to the surveyed structural concrete.
Presentation and clarity of written and drawn information on the surveys is paramount.
The use of laser leveling and total station is essential in addition to the conventional methods of obtaining site dimensions and levels.
